Our customer base varies from Homeowners and incidental landlords to large commercial property holding companies, housing associations and educational establishments.
Engineers with a background in Facilities Maintenance, we have a broad skill-set and with a dedicated admin team we can be better organised, reactive and pro-active.
Based in Astley (M29) we are well placed to serve the whole of the Northwest, in fact we currently manage properties from Warwickshire to North Shields.
