We are a local team of fully qualified and experienced HR Professionals that help local businesses recruit, manage and retain their employees. 

We support companies on 3 levels ; 
1. Compliance - ensuring you have robust, compliant and fit for purpose contracts of employment in place, up to date policies, employee handbook etc  
2. Operational - providing advice and guidance on HR issues e.g. performance issues, sick absence, redundancies, conduct issues, HR Management systems, training and development, recruitment support.  Our Advice Line service includes employment tribunal insurance so you don't need to worry about costly tribunal claims. And, if you do not feel comfortable in dealing with these matters, one of our advisors can attend site and manage the process for you. 
3. Strategic - working on site with your board or senior team we can help you to establish what the business needs for future, what will the culture be, succession planning etc
