Cotton and Coal Biltong offer a bespoke air dried and uniquely made Biltong products by a method of using our own patented and specially designed Loch Lomand and Penderyn whisky barrels for that true perfection of taste. As third generation farmers all of our beef is 100% British and Farm sourced to produce delicious beef infused biltong snacks which will tantalize your tastebuds.
